Leads day-to-day operations, deal execution, portfolio management and counterparty relationships. Direct accountability for every transaction from first contact through post-close stewardship.
Originates and evaluates catalog opportunities. Sits at the intersection of creative judgement and quantitative underwriting, and is the first person most artists and labels meet at North Vale.
Beyond the core team, North Vale works with a circle of specialist advisors: music counsel in key jurisdictions, royalty audit firms, independent administrators, and a small number of industry operators whose judgement we respect.
We keep the circle tight on purpose. Catalog transactions are private. Seller trust is earned. Both are easier to protect when fewer hands touch the work.
There is no deal team to hand you off to. The person you speak with on your first call is a member of leadership, and they stay on your transaction through closing — and beyond.
